Job Description

                    Bachelors degree in a business-related field. 
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and bank contacts. 
Thorough understanding of all services offered/product knowledge. 
Skilled with Microsoft 365 and familiar with software applications (e.g., Accounting, HRIS). 
Build long-term relationships with customers and address inquiries. 
Collaborate with marketing to target the right audience. 
Monitor prospects, update to-do lists, and report progress. 
Keep detailed records of sales appointments and customer feedback. 
Conduct after-sales surveys and prepare client guidelines. 
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
