Location: CHANEL Calgary Fashion Boutique

Reports to: Operations Manager

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Calgary boutique team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriate
