Your role @ Chanel:

As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Flagship boutique team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

Location: Flagship Boutique (Yorkville)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships in‑person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriate
• Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office
