Sales Strategy Operation Manager

The Operation Manager (Sales Operations) supports KuCoin EU’s sales-related operational scope by ensuring smooth execution of commercial processes, accurate data/reporting, and effective cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for KuCoin EU platform and clients.Own sales operations reporting including CRM system, KPI dashboards, revenue and other reporting.
• Coordinate sales-related activities including client onboarding, campaign, promotions and events.
• Create internal and external materials to support sales activities.
• Maintain operational efficiency through SOPs, process tracking, and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Onboarding, Finance, Compliance/Risk, Tech) to resolve operational issues and ensure SLA adherence.
