What You’ll Do

• Lead Conversion Efficiency: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure efficient lead allocation and follow-up.
• Referral Program Management: Design and execute referral campaigns (rewards, free classes, community initiatives) to activate existing users and generate new leads.
• Sales Process & Incentives: Optimize sales SOPs and design incentive programs to boost team performance.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Build acquisition dashboards, track conversion rates, CAC, ...
