Sales Supervisor- (FMCG)

We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead, manage, and support a sales team in driving revenue growth, market share, and distribution within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on bread and perishable products.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)


• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (Advantageous)


• 1-3 years’ experience in FMCG sales


• Proven experience in bread or perishable goods sales (highly preferred)


• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leader role


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Strong knowledge of stock control and merchandising principles
