We're Hiring – Sales Supervisor (BPO & Call Center)
Solvo Global is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of sales representatives in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is key to driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
What you'll do:
Lead and coach sales teams to exceed targets
Monitor KPIs (conversion, call quality, adherence) and drive improvements
Ensure compliance with company and client standards
Manage escalations and deliver timely resolutions
Execute sales strategies and contribute to process enhancements
Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
What we're looking for:
