Sales Supervisor

Location: ForNorthern Mindanao

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Track daily/weekly sales performance and prepare accurate sales reports
• Coach, train, and evaluate sales staff performance
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
• Handle client concerns and resolve escalated issues
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance for smooth order processing
• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience (required)
