Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market coverage of Pet One Inc.'s pet care and nutrition products, including dog food, cat food, fish food, and pet supplements. This role oversees sales operations within assigned territories, ensuring effective field execution, account management, and team performance.

As a key contributor to Pet One Inc.'s mission of prioritizing total pet care and nutrition, this role plays a vital part in building brand visibility and sustaining area growth, particularly in Mindanao regions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related course.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG/retail distribution), including handling accounts and field execution.
