Sales Supervisor

• Lead and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• Supervise sales team in order to meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets
• Assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
• Help the whole sales team to provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
• Handle customers' issues and resolution.
• Communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
• Supervise Sales Representatives.
• Monitor calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales %, install %, and quality assurance goals.
• Assist with the Sales Representatives' questions, concerns, and product/service questions.
• Monitor effectivity and efficiency of Sales' Representatives' performances.
