sales supervisor

* Has a Drivers License at least 12 code restriction

* College Level/Graduate

* At least 2 to 3 years in Sales, preferably with supervisory experience

* Experience supervising teams of any size is acceptable

* With experience in Handling Key/Secondary Accounts

* Key/secondary accounts experience should be in FMCG/Consumer goods industry

* Competent in key accounts management and van-selling operation.

* Van-selling operation experience is preferred but candidates can be trained

* Strong Leadership and Managerial Skills

* Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

* Good Inter-personal, selling, and negotiation skills

* Good communication skill (verbal and written).

* Results-oriented, self-driven, strategic thinker, and a team player
