Sales Supervisor

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Provide coaching, training and development to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
3. Monitor sales activities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently
6. Report on sales performance and provide recommendations to senior management
7. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the sales team

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of sales related work experiences
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build effective client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
