Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

• Handle and maintain relationships with Japanese and other foreign clients
• Prepare quotations, costing coordination, and price negotiations
• Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and production status
• Address and resolve customer complaints in coordination with QA and Production
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, export, and documentation requirements
• Support management in achieving annual sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related course
• At least 3–5 years' experience in Sales, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or wire harness industry
• Experience in handling Japanese clients is highly preferred
• Nihongo proficiency (JLPT N2 or N3 level preferred) – able to speak, read, and write Japanese
