Position Overview
The
Sales Supervisor
(Licensing) assists the Licensing Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Licensing Department. The role supervises licensing staff, ensures accurate and timely execution of licensing activities, and supports sustainable revenue generation to advance FILSCAP's mission of protecting creators' rights.
This position acts as a key link between management and staff, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, approved rate schedules, and applicable industry standards....
