Sales Supervisor

GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.

GEMECO’s customers include: Angel Milk, 555, Argentina, Century Canning, Hunt’s-URC, Ligo, Mead Johnson, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Reno, Swift, Virginia, and Youngstown. ·

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and commitment to clients on a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with the clients
• Attend and resolve complaints and other issues with clients
• Monitor stocks and coordinate with the production department for the availability of finish good items
• Prepare and analyze collection reports, manage collection
• Lead and develop the sales team to ensure high level of performance of the department
