DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Management and Collection
Management of all sales data from online and offline initiatives. Provide insights and collaborate with the national team from time to time.
- Partnerships
Initiate and maintain community and school partnerships. To be able to identify feeder schools and be at the forefront of the school in presenting the brand and locking in partnerships.
- Sales Strategies
Propose sales strategies based on on-ground insights and collaborate with the Marketing Manager in conceptualization and implementation
- Sales Team Management
Train and provide support to the sales team and ensure that targets are being hit month-by-month
