Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies
• Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and productivity
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotions
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, and inventory availability
• Coordinate with management and other departments to meet business goals
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
