SALES SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Operations Management Supervise daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly sales targets. Assist in pricing, promotions, and product display strategies. Handle POS system, cash handling, and daily sales reporting. 2. Team Supervision Lead, train, and supervise sales assistants and retail staff. Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance. Motivate team members to improve productivity and service standards. Conduct on-the-job training for new employees. 3. Customer Service Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and wholesale clients. 4.
