Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor at Destinations by Frasers Winelands Square

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the store and customer service team.
• Maximise turnover.
• Ensure risk management.
• Merchandising of products.
• Staff motivation and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric (essential)
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must have a passion for the retail environment
• Attention to detail
• Previous retail experience at a supervisory level would be highly advantageous
