Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Supervise and manage the Traditional Trade (TT) van sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. 
 Develop new sales routes and expand market coverage across assigned territories. 
 Monitor van sales operations, route productivity, and customer coverage efficiency. 
 Ensure proper execution of sales plans, promotions, and product visibility in the market. 
 Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers. 
 Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers to increase sales growth. 
 Track sales performance, collection status, and stock movement of van sales operations. 
 Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
