Sales Supervisor/Executive (Pasir Gudang)

YONMING GROUP with over 40 branches, our Pasir Gudang Division is on a lookout for a Sales Supervisor/Executive. You will be bridging the gap between our customer and business solution needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Product & Brand Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of company products and brand to effectively support customers and sales activities.
• Customer Service & Client Engagement: Handle customer inquiries and requests, attend phone calls, serve walk-in customers, and visit clients when required.
• Order Processing & Documentation: Process customer orders and prepare all related sales and purchase documents with proper record keeping.
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Manage and coordinate inter-branch parts ordering and stock-related matters.
• Front Desk & Administrative Support: Support reception desk operations and perform general office and administrative duties.
