Description: The Senior Sales Support Administrator operates within larger operational environments, acting as a key support function to the sales team. This role assists members of the sales force by performing components of sales order‑related administration, such as the quote‑to‑cash process. Responsibilities include processing quotes or orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact, maintaining customer files digitally with sales contracts and other relevant information, providing price quotations, completing order sheets, and checking the price and quantity of each item listed to align with client requests. Coordination with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back‑orders may also be required.
