JF Technology is seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Support Administrator to support our sales team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer and internal inquiries via email, phone, and CRM tools in a timely manner.
• Support Sales Engineers by following up on leads, quotations, pricing clarifications, and order status updates.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Process and track customer purchase orders (POs) accurately in the company ERP system; coordinate data entries and verification with other stakeholders.
