Job Description

Support Sales Team on document (Contract, Quotation, ect). Account management in internal systems.

Provide sales reports as sales team requirement.

Monitor sales order in-take, delivery, invoices, etc against sales target; and work with sales team to take appropriate actions when required.

Monitor sales & GM report, work with Sales team to improve GM monthly.

Proceed PR/PO, Upload price when required.

Define business requirements to gather and analyse data. And doing sales reports.

Work closely with Internal departments to support new business development and deliver sales target.

Work closely with Production for fast sampling and on-time bulk order deliveries.

Work closely with Sales team and other departments for new product or sample development.

Collaborate with Marketing team for the promoting actions to support the business
