Sales Support and Service Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Support and Service Advisor who shares our passion for 4WDs and the outdoors, coupled with the technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate about our products. Based in our Nundah head office, you play a key role in providing both sales and technical support across the ARB network. This position is primary performed over the phone or via email, making it well suited for someone transitioning off the tools or seeking to move into an admin sales-focused role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical assistance on ARB products and aftermarket automotive solutions via phone and email, ensuring customers receive accurate and reliable guidance
