Sales Support & Appointment Setting Specialist (Female Only)

We are looking for a highly professional and organized Sales Support & Appointment Setting Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is focused on responding to inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for a luxury residential construction company.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in handling high-intent leads while delivering a premium customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Response (Speed = Opportunity)

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from Instagram, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Call new leads as the first point of contact.
• Follow up via phone call and SMS when prospects are unavailable.
• Maintain consistent follow-up efforts with 3–5 contact attempts per lead.
• Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
