Responsible for sales support team activities and any administrative tasks to expand the business. Primary duties may include but not limited to the following activities: Updates and maintains various systems where proposal and sales activities are stored. Helps the Sales and Account Management teams retain and win more brokers and clients by providing / updating needed information in a timely manner. Complies with the policies and procedures set for the team. Participates in any tests / pilot for any new tasks to be assigned or for process improvement initiatives. Provides support to Sales team on projects or proposal information request that may be required. Any additional tasks that may be assigned.
