Location: Remote (Colombia)

Salary: $25,000 – $30,000

Minimum Experience: 2 years

The Sales Support role is designed for experienced logistics professionals who have worked in

carrier sales, operations, and customer-facing sales and are looking for a more team-

supported environment.

This position is ideal for cradle-to-grave brokers who understand the full freight lifecycle and

still enjoy driving revenue, but prefer to work within a structured team rather than managing

every function independently.

The role provides immediate hands-on responsibility while offering a clear ramp to Account

Manager ownership as performance and readiness are demonstrated.
