Working Hours

Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and order fulfilment
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams
  • Retrieve purchase orders and submit invoices
  • Liaise with warehouse and sales teams
  • Prepare and process credit notes and debit notes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support billing activities
  • Perform general administrative duties
Requirements
  • Nitec in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred
