Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support liaison for the sales team and existing customers, ensuring inquiries, requests, and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to support the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders and sales requirements.
• Assist in preparing for customer audits and meetings by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring internal processes align with customer quality expectations.
