We are seeking a Sales Support cum Accounts Coordinator to join our team

Sales Support cum Accounts Coordinator

Responsibilities:

a.   Provide administrative and sales support

b.   Handle walk in customers and upsell company's range of products

c. Maintaining a data base of customer and product records in ERP system for retrieval

d. Assist in tenders submission (Gebiz) / other government agencies on product requests

e. Preparing CIPL ( Commercial Invoices, Packing List etc ) for export shipments

f. Handle China suppliers for equipment purchase, installation & commissioning

g. Manage stock control movement
