Job Description
- Oversee customer service (CS) operations for assigned company entities.
- Lead CS activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and stakeholder support.
- Support Sales Managers in customer satisfaction surveys, KPI achievement, and collections.
- Coordinate order management and demand fulfillment across Customers, Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and Operations.
- Manage end-to-end order processing (pre- and post-sales), including CRM/E1 setup, changes, and cancellations.
- Develop and implement delivery policies, logistics strategies, and annual cost-improvement initiatives.
- Consolidate sales forecasts and order data to prepare weekly and monthly delivery plans.
- Liaise with Technical teams on COA, quality issues, and customer complaints; follow up via FMIS.
- Handle domestic and overseas shipment documentation (custom forms, SI, B/L, packing list, DO, insurance).
