Job Description

  1. Oversee customer service (CS) operations for assigned company entities.
  2. Lead CS activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and stakeholder support.
  3. Support Sales Managers in customer satisfaction surveys, KPI achievement, and collections.
  4. Coordinate order management and demand fulfillment across Customers, Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and Operations.
  5. Manage end-to-end order processing (pre- and post-sales), including CRM/E1 setup, changes, and cancellations.
  6. Develop and implement delivery policies, logistics strategies, and annual cost-improvement initiatives.
  7. Consolidate sales forecasts and order data to prepare weekly and monthly delivery plans.
  8. Liaise with Technical teams on COA, quality issues, and customer complaints; follow up via FMIS.
  9. Handle domestic and overseas shipment documentation (custom forms, SI, B/L, packing list, DO, insurance).
