Sales Support EMEA Key Accounts

As a Sales Support Specialist for EMEA Key Accounts, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our strategic clients across the EMEA region. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored security solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success.



**JOB DUTIES:**



+ Process customer orders and quotes in SAP to specific SLA’s and customer requirement

+ Ensuring ‘right first time, every time’ wherever possible against each order / quote / process

+ Field telephone calls as initial line support

+ Support first line e-commerce queries

+ Liaise with relevant departments to complete customer order, queries and complaints

+ Maintain and update customer records

+ Support commercial sales in dealing with customer support to close and grow sales
