Sales Support Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Provide engineering and technical support to Sales personnel
• Assisting in tender selections, preparation of technical data for submission when required
• Working closely with Sales Engineers & related Dept during pre-sales and post-sales phases to address technical concern.
• Preparation of sales orders & delivery arrangement, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery.
• Liasing with different dept (Modification / Logistics / Supply Chain) to ensure the equipment are delivered on time & get advise on stock status.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Pre-requisites

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience in HVAC/Chillers/AHU/FCU or BMS
• Good problem solver, able to understand the issues customers face and create solutions to fix the problem
• Customer oriented and results-focused
• Able to work under minimum supervision
