1. Requirement Analysis for Quotation

. Review customer RFQs (Request for Quotation) or tender documents

. Understand technical specifications, scope, and constraints

. Clarify missing details with sales team or client before pricing

2. Solution-Based Costing

. Translate technical solutions into billable components

. Identify required products, parts, licenses, and services

. Ensure compatibility and completeness of the solution

3. Pricing & Cost Calculation

. Calculate:

o Product costs (from suppliers/vendors)

o Internal costs (engineering, labor, logistics)

. Apply margins, discounts, and pricing strategies

. Ensure alignment with company pricing policies

. Prepare formal quotations including:
