Responsibilities:
- Take care of all customers who using and will using POM products, coordinate with end-user agents related to tender, purchase orders and follow Sales order
- Lead marketing activities and training courses, including but not limited to planning, communication, promotion, presentations and budgeting.
- Manage correspondences and updates to customers, and make regular customer visits to understand their requirements and feedback on the products.
- Drive good and effective communication for strategic and tactical issues faced by customers and/or partners and foster long-term business relationships
