Sales Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to support our back-of house sales operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring backend support for smooth order processing, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and high service standards for our customers.

You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely delivery, and excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Sales Support

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare and verify sales documents including quotations, contracts, invoices, and shipping documents
• Ensure SAP orders are created accurately and on time
