Sales Support Executive

• 9AM - 6:30PM
• Jurong East
• Basic+ AWS + PB

Job scope :

• Provide support for CargoWise (CW) sales module issues and data accuracy
• Act as key contact for sales teams on CW setup and usage
• Validate sales data to prevent billing and rating errors
• Support rate implementation and quotation setup with Sales, Ops, and Billing teams
• Assist in CW implementation, testing, and post-go-live support
• Prepare basic sales and shipment reports from CW and AS400
• Maintain SOPs and provide user guidance or basic training when needed

Requirements :

• Min. diploma in any field
• Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Has hands-on experience with the CargoWise system
