Job Description:
The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring accurate contract processing, account management, and high-quality after-sales service. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Contract & Payment Processing:
Vetting invoices and document them in the CRM (customer relationship management).
Upgrading/downgrading the services according to their paid tenure.
Logo uploading and Brand Marketing Jeffie’s via JEFFI portal.
Initiate calls to the sales representative and provide after sales services promptly and professionally.
