Sales Support Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for trades delivery planning and ensure timely delivery as per territory assigned
• Work closely with stakeholders (buyers, traders, contract team, customer service, pricing, finance, factory planner etc) to ensure execution risks are identified in advance
• Proactively highlight and resolves issue related to the execution of the shipment
• Manage other ad-hoc shipping or operational activities
• Align trade delivery with buyers' expectation
• Attend trade enquiry by offering quotation
• Manage brand registration on monthly basis
• Facilitate sample request from buyers and traders
• Adhered to company's SOP to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Logistic or its equivalent
• Experience in container shipment will be given advantage
• Ability to multitask
• Good analytical skill
