Serve as the point of contact for ships that arrive in Manila, Philippines.
To guarantee seamless ship entry and departure, complete all paperwork and declarations on schedule.
Obeys all laws and guidelines as prescribed by authorities.
Keeps a cordial rapport with the ship's chief engineer and captain.
Capable of managing the demands of both on-site work and paperwork. able to work erratic hours in order to accommodate the ship's various arrival times. keeps composed while handling tense work deadlines and emergency situations.
Acquainted with pilotage booking and crew changes.
Creates quotes and disburses payments to ship owners.
When needed, board ships at the anchorage.
Inform our principals on a regular basis about the vessel's operations
