Sales Support Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Support Executive with experience in freight forwarding/ NVOCC and/ or logistics industry, responsible for driving new business growth and managing customer accounts across freight services. He will focus on preparing competitive quotations, converting enquiries, and delivering tailored shipping solutions while coordinating closely with operations and overseas agents to ensure seamless shipment execution and high customer satisfaction.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare freight quotations, including coordination with pricing and overseas agents, and follow up actively on all sales enquiries.
