Job Description



Manages email queries and requests coming into the Sales Support inbox for Expedia TAAP

Handles inbound and outbound calls for Sales Support

Raises escalations/tickets to the relevant EPS Teams and Expedia RDM and follows through till resolution

Processes new registrations and provides trainings to new & existing TAAP Affiliate Partners

Processes manual commission adjustments

Liaises with and supports the Sales/Account Managers in their daily work

Logs all their activities on Salesforce daily, upon completion of each task

Provides assistance with Sales & Marketing projects, Telesales campaigns and promotions

Provides temporary support/cover for other markets’ Sales Support Team members in case of absence (sick leave, or during Staff recruitment process) upon request by Discover the World Management

Performs other ad-hoc tasks and special projects as per assigned by their Supervisor/Team Leader...
