+ Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries received via the web, phone, email, and mail.

+ Provide feedback and share information on customer requests and inquiries with relevant departments (sales representatives, business divisions, etc.).

+ Work in a hybrid work environment that accommodates both office and online work.
