• Perform day-to-day back-office tasks and customer coordination on behalf of the sales team.
• Solve day-to-day issues of customers.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support whenever required.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that shipments are processed.
• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goals to the senior management team.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
