Job Description
a) Answering customer calls and emails regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and order inquiries; addressing concerns and providing updates.
b) Monitor shipment progress on assigned trade lanes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations. Proactively communicate shipment updates and status changes to clients.
c) Coordinate with internal teams like operations, customs brokerage, and documentation to ensure smooth shipment execution.
d) Monitoring shipment progress through various logistics and carriers tracking systems, providing customers with updates on delivery timelines and potential delays.
e) Opening of job and preparation of billing in absolute system.
f) Preparing and managing necessary shipping documents like Bill of lading (M B/L & H B/L) follow up with invoices, packing slips, and customs declarations.
