Sales Support

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Customs Administration, and Business Administration or any related.
• At least 1-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics.
• With an accounting assistant background experience is a plus.
• Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in English skills in both written and oral.
• Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries.
• Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• With positive attitude towards difficult situation.
• Willing to work onsite and ASAP at Malate, Manila.

• Place export bookings with origin office.
• Confirm export booking details with origin office.
• Confirm shipment ready date for collection with origin office.
• Confirm shipment pick up date schedule with origin office.
