• Provides entry-level first call response for solutions pricing and quoting of simple solutions requests for customers within assigned territory or is accountable for territory focused relationship based customer transactions in support of a large group with more complex solutions.
• Accountable for opportunity forecasting and pipeline management for the same group of assigned-territory customers.

• Engages with the customer to understand the scope of the solution request.
• Utilizes entry-level knowledge and tool sets to configure, price, quote and process requests for specific hardware, software, services for identified configuration design solutions.
