  Job Description 
 It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for an energized Sales Support to become part of our team in our Mumbai, India Pharma Solutions office. This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested to work with the sales team co-ordinating with customer for order management.
 
  Job Requirements 
  As a Sales Support you will: 
 Follow up for on-time receipt of Purchase Orders every month and track orders per Quarter to maintain the lead time.
 Ensure Volumes, Price, Codes and Legal entity are correctly mentioned on HSS (High Seas Sales) Purchase Orders
 Verify on pricing and sourcing details with the customer for Indent shipments and Air orders 
 Analyze data and forecast requirements with the customer against the budgeted plan to them.
 Perform internal inventory mapping and Material Availability at Source with planners and recommend the ...
