Description:

• Basic Salary from $3,200 – $4,200

Job Scope:

• Review and validate pricing, sales, and billing data to ensure accuracy and prevent billing discrepancies.
• Provide daily functional support for the CargoWise (CW) sales modules and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison for sales teams on CW-related queries, data configuration, and best practices.
• Audit sales entries to identify errors early and minimize downstream billing or rating issues.
• Support operations teams in resolving sell rate and auto-rating issues within the system.
• Support CargoWise system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Extract, validate, and prepare sales and shipment reports from CargoWise (CW) and AS400 systems.
